Hrishikesh has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani), where he was a Teaching Assistant for the course Database Systems. He is skilled in iOS, Android, and web development. During his time at Flipkart, Hrishikesh analyzed potential communication tools, resolved to adopt MatterMost, and enabled users to organize conversations in teams and channels. He hosted a custom Push Notification Service for the Android application and collaborated with external designers to acquire various assets. He also configured BigBlueButton - an open-source web conferencing system and its plugin to integrate with FlipChat, allowing users to share audio, video, slides, and screens in real-time. Furthermore, he administered the building and packaging of iOS and macOS applications and designed a portal to distribute the final product, allowing users to download the latest executable files for various platforms (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
